14-day money-back guarantee. If Alla Prima Primer isn't right for you, write to info@allaprimaprimer.com within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@allaprimaprimer.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order number. You'll find it in your receipt email from Link, Stripe's checkout service.
What happens next
We handle refund requests within a few business days. We refund through Stripe, which returns the full amount to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Your license key
Once the refund goes through, the license key from that order stops working on all of your devices.
After 14 days
After 14 days we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If something in the app isn't working for you, write to us anyway. We'd rather help you fix it.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
