Who we are
Alla Prima Primer is made and sold by T. Zimmer, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@allaprimaprimer.com.
The app
Alla Prima Primer runs in your browser. Your photos, projects, paints and settings are stored on your device, in your browser's storage, and are never sent to us or to anyone else. If you clear your browser's data, they are removed from that device.
Your license key
When you enter your license key, the app sends the key and a name for your device, such as “iPad · Safari”, to our license service, which runs on Cloudflare, to activate it. The service keeps a record of each key, the email address it was sent to, and the devices it's active on. While you're online, the app checks the key from time to time. No photos, projects or other content are sent.
Buying
Stripe processes your payment through its Managed Payments service, with Link as the merchant of record. They collect your name, email address, billing address and payment details under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
From Stripe we receive your name, email address, country and order details. We use them to deliver your license key, help you, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires.
We email your license key through Cloudflare's email service. If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply. We only send you news about Alla Prima Primer if you ask for it.
This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. The website and the app load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is often several years. We keep emails for as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@allaprimaprimer.com. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Alla Prima Primer isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
